    Qualifications

    What do you need to succeed?

    No Experience Required —we’ll provide training!

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license is a must
  • Willingness to obtain pesticide license / certification if required (company-paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact positively with our valued customers

    • What will my work environment be like?

    Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations :

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, which will require balance and agility
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as necessary
  • Be willing to work in varying weather conditions
