Life Insurance Sales Agent — 100% Commission, Uncapped Income, Fully Remote

Job Type: Full-time, commission-only (1099)

We're looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our growing team of licensed life insurance agents. This is a true entrepreneurial role — you control your schedule, your income, and your ceiling. There are no quotas to chase and no commission caps to hit. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.

Whether you're an experienced producer looking for a better split or someone hungry to break into the industry, you'll get the training, lead support, and carrier access you need to build a book of business that pays you for years.

What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs.
  
• Present and sell term, whole, and universal life insurance products from top-rated carriers.
  
• Manage your own pipeline, schedule, and client follow-up.
  
• Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
  
• Optional: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of your own agents and earn overrides on their production.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with commission-based income.
  
• Strong communication skills and genuine care for client outcomes.
  
• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one — we'll help you access a discounted, high-quality pre-licensing program to get started.
  
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and the discipline to work independently.
  
• Sales experience is a plus but not required; character and drive matter more.
  

Compensation Details

• Commission-only, independent contractor (1099).
  
• First-year commissions, renewals, and residual income on persisting policies. Note: this varies by products sold.
  
• Override and bonus structure for team leaders.
  
• No base salary or draw — your effort directly determines your earnings.
