Service Minds is looking for a highly organized and energetic In-Office Dispatcher to join our team at our main office. In this essential role, you’ll serve as the bridge between customers and technicians—ensuring seamless scheduling, clear communication, and top-tier service delivery.

What You’ll Do :

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Efficiently dispatch service technicians from our office to job sites—optimizing routes and response times.

Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Accurately record service details, technician hours, and job-related information in our dispatch system.

What You Bring to the Table :

Experience in dispatch operations, ideally in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Proficiency with dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan ) or similar platforms.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

A calm, professional demeanor under pressure—you're great at problem-solving on the fly.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
