[job_card.job_description]Learn & Grow on the Job – Work directly with experienced painters to develop skills in painting, surface prep, job site setup / cleanup, and professional communication. Support Project Success – Assist with transporting materials, masking areas, setting up ladders, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Communicate & Collaborate – Interact with coworkers and clients professionally and respectfully. Practice Safety Daily – Follow safety protocols and use PPE on-site to protect yourself and your team. Absorb Everything – Observe, ask questions, and take initiative to learn all aspects of the painting trade. A valid driver's license and personal car insurance Ability to use and lift ladders up to 32 feet Smartphone for communication and apps Eagerness to learn and take direction Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. Frequent walking, climbing, standing, kneeling, and manual labor Work takes place at various locations and includes exposure to outdoor elements, dust, fumes, and chemicals (PPE required)
