- The Quality Professional will report to our Sr Manager of Quality and will be part of the OpEx compliance team. The Quality Professional will support global activities as they relate to ISO9001 / ISO14001 and be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in regarding quality and environmental requirement and compliance. In addition, this position will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality and Environmental Integrated Management System at a corporate level for Ingram Micro facilities globally. The Quality Professional will;
- Develop and implement company, regulatory quality and environmental standards.
- Be knowledgeable and stay informed of relevant industry regulations and governmental compliance obligations.
- Develops, implements and maintains quality / environmental standards, tools and methods for process monitoring.
- Works across all functional areas Operations, Transportation, Customer Support, and Sales to ensure the voice of the customer is sufficiently analyzed in support of the Plan-Do-CHECK-ACT management system.
- Create, develop and administrate Key Process Indicators for management review and targeted improvement activities.
- Reviews cross-functional KPI metrics to ensure structured problem-solving efforts are established and effectively implemented.
- Creates and implements key quality and environmental training materials for compliance obligations and performance enhancement.
- Plan and conduct complex integrated audit / compliance projects, including preparation of an objective risk-based assessment and an effective audit / compliance approach.
- Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality and environmental related problems.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69,300.00 - $110,900.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
