Preferred Job Qualifications :
- Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries familiarity with inspection processes and basic quality standards
- Ability to perform polishing and cleaning and packaging with attention to detail
- Forklift certification or proven forklift operating experience
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness
- Strong teammate skills with the ability to work independently when needed

We are looking for motivated individuals who can contribute to our team-oriented environment and handle the demands of a high-paced production setting.
