The Role

Were looking for a Superintendent who is a natural leader, detail-oriented, and thrives on seeing projects through from start to finish. In this role, youll oversee construction operations in the field, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to our high-quality standards. Youll also be responsible for jobsite safety, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

What Youll Do

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
  • Manage schedules, inspections, and materials to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee jobsite safety, ensuring compliance and proactive hazard prevention.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management (preferred) OR 5+ years of superintendent experience.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction practices and California contractors license law.
  • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
  • Valid California Drivers License.
