Summary
The Maintenance position is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks associated with the repair of the overall property and individual resident units. Maintenance staff is expected to maintain BRIDGE Property Management Company’s high standards in order to present the property in outstanding condition and provide residents with a safe, secure and well-maintained living environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, repair, and cleaningof :
individual apartment units, includingunit turns / make-readywith respect tokitchen appliances,garbage disposals,faucets,toilets, locks, painting, re- caulking,and / orcarpet cleaning
