Quality Contracting, Inc. is a well-established company based in Auburn that performs both residential and commercial insurance restoration. We are looking for qualified individuals with residential construction background to perform estimating duties.

Responsibilities :

  • Bring insurance restoration projects from lead generation to contract, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Estimate construction costs accurately using industry-standard software such as Xactimate.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills to generate reports, communicate project updates, and analyze data.
  • Assist and support all co-workers and cross train when required.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Current MA Construction Supervisor License a plus
  • Complete knowledge of all phases of construction and current building codes.
  • Experience in construction estimating required; Xactimate experience is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate information to clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Proficient in reading construction drawings, scheduling, and comprehending specifications to prepare cost estimates.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and scheduling skills.
