We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to efficiently manage and coordinate project documentation and support tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple project managers, ensuring the successful execution of project-related activities and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities- Format and organize project documents, reports, specifications, and correspondence.
- Create and maintain paper and electronic files.
- Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates.
- Apply quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management.
- Assist with coordinating meetings and presentations.
- Exhibit professionalism with clients.
- Collaborate with multiple project managers and project teams as needed.
- Assist with project guides, project reviews, project invoices, and expense reports.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Proficiency in project coordination and administration.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with document control and administrative support.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to format business proposals.
- Experience in project management and construction administration.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Personable and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the transmission industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Procore, Project Wise, and QuickBase is a plus.
The role involves working with various project teams and managers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using technology such as QuickBase and SharePoint is required, along with strong organizational and time management skills. The position demands a professional attire and demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
