A company is looking for an Assistant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the monthly close process, including reconciliations and financial reporting

Utilize and implement cloud-based accounting tools for client engagements

Provide oversight and coaching to staff accountants while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting

Minimum of 3 years' experience in public accounting or private industry, preferably with government contractors

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Unanet required or preferred

Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Bill.com and Expensify

Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DCAA compliance is a plus
