Salary : $25 / hr 12 hrs / week
The Unitarian Universalist Church of Long Beach is a diverse and justice-centered Unitarian Universalist congregation of about 300 members and friends, with a vibrant children and youth program and opportunities for learning, service, fellowship, and pastoral care. We seek a friendly, warm, and technically skilled administrative professional to join our staff team immediately. We are in a time of administrative growth and this position is key to helping our congregation transition to a comprehensive new database system to help our members, friends, and visitors connect, give, and serve. The Membership and Database coordinator also serves as the key contact for all Sunday morning hospitality and teams.
Specific Activities :
Database Administration
- Lead the congregations transition and roll out of One-Church Membership Software
- Administrate the One-Church Database with members, friends, and visitors
- Collaborate with Religious Education, Minister, and Office staff to establish systems for check in, giving, events, calendar coordination, etc.
Sunday Morning Team Leadership
Membership Activities Coordination
Connection and Outreach
Stewardship and Giving
