[job_card.job_description]You have 2+ years of practical DevOps / infrastructure engineering experience , preferably working both on-premises and in cloud environments You have deep experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tooling (Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack, or similar) You've designed, built, and maintained CI / CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent) and automated deployment workflows You're proficient with Linux across multiple distributions (Alpine, Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.) and can troubleshoot kernel, networking, or OS issues You have experience containerizing applications (Docker) and orchestrating them at scale (Kubernetes, Helm, etc.) You've built or operated observability infrastructures : logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, incident detection You understand and apply security best practices : IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, encryption, network isolation You can write scripts or small applications (Python, Bash, Groovy, etc.) to glue systems, resolve gaps, or automate tasks You are fluent with version control workflows (Git, feature branches / merge requests, code reviews) You are a confident communicator : able to convey technical tradeoffs, risks, and constraints across engineering, product, and non-technical teams You are self-motivated, proactive in surfacing and solving problems, and comfortable working independently or in cross-functional settings Be part of our "always learning, always respectful" team culture, and make it better!
