About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full‑Stack Drupal Engineer to join a fast‑moving digital team supporting high‑visibility web initiatives in the education domain. This engineer will work closely with an established Principal Developer / Architect, serving as both a technical contributor and a key support resource to increase delivery capacity, accelerate project timelines, and ensure continuity within mission‑critical Drupal environments.

This role spans new development, ongoing platform enhancement, feature delivery, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cross‑team collaboration across both onshore and offshore groups. The engineer will immediately contribute to an active roadmap for 2026 and beyond, supporting several upcoming initiatives and integrating with enterprise mobile and emerging technology teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Drupal Development & Architecture Support

• Build, enhance, and maintain Drupal‑based web applications, working within the Acquia Cloud platform.
• Work with the Lead Architect to support architectural decisions, implement best practices, and help scale delivery across the broader product ecosystem.
• Assist the Principal Developer by taking ownership of mid‑ to senior‑level development tasks, helping free capacity for higher‑level architectural initiatives.
• Develop new features, modify custom modules, and implement backend logic in PHP and Drupal frameworks.
