Practice Manager – Mental Health Clinic
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70-80k annually & bonus incentives
Oversee clinic operations, lead teams, and drive performance in a growing behavioral health practice.
This role is designed for experienced leaders who take ownership of people, processes, and outcomes — no prior healthcare experience required.
About the Role
- Own the overall performance and daily operations of a mental health clinic
- Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to operational and experience standards
- Ensure patients receive timely, professional, and supportive care
Healthcare experience is not required — comprehensive training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Coach and manage team members to meet performance goals and KPIs
- Track operational and patient experience metrics to drive improvement
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 10+ years of management experience managing 30+ employees
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, metrics, and performance outcomes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or outpatient clinic settings
- Background in hospitality, customer experience, or relationship-based sales
- Experience managing scheduling systems or administrative workflows
Pay & Benefits
- $70,000-$80,000 annually and promotion paths
