Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and mentor across our facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and foster a safe workplace environment.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor across the facility.
- Leverage both experience and an innovative approach to EHS activities.
- Anticipate potential workplace hazards, evaluate strategies for corrective action, assist in the implementation of controls, and track the completion of related projects at the facility level.
- Analyze reports, metrics, and other relevant data to assist in the development of projects and improvement plans focused on reducing risk at the facility.
- Coordinate response, investigation, and corrective actions related to EHS incidents.
- Manage workers' compensation-related reports, documentation, data, and costs.
- Develop and maintain databases relevant to the EHS activities of the facility.
- Interpret regulations, industry best practices, academic papers, and other relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations through education of the facility leadership, day-to-day EHS activities, programs, policies, and self-assessment audits.
- Participate in corporate, customer, and government-related EHS audits.
- Maintain accurate records and data in accordance with company, customer, and local guidelines.
- Provide training on policies, regulations, and procedures as directed.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $133,634.00 / yr. medical, dental, vision, 401k
