Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our team in Corona, CA. This is a fully onsite position in the construction industry, offering a great opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain valuable accounting experience.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
- Perform administrative support functions
- Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
- Assist with cash posting and processing
- Communicate with vendors regarding any issues or discrepancies
- Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable
Qualifications
Background and drug screening required
Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
