Position Summary
Support QC microbiology activities for the release of GMP, clinical, and development-stage products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily QC microbiology operations in a regulated laboratory setting.
Perform microbiological assays on in-process samples, including growth promotion testing.
Ensure all testing is carried out in compliance with SOPs, GMP standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and order to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
Demonstrate adaptability by learning new techniques and achieving proficiency.
Assist with method verification processes for both clinical and commercial product pipelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related scientific field.
1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably within pharmaceutical or biotech environments under GMP.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet schedule and project demands.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated ability to follow written procedures accurately.
