We are a global toy and brand management company based in Los Angeles, creating collectibles and toys inspired by the world's most beloved gaming and entertainment brands. We work directly with creators to bring fan communities the products they love. Our products are sold at major retailers worldwide including Walmart, Amazon, and Target.

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of e-commerce, data engineering, and business operations. You'll own our Shopify storefront experience, build and maintain our data infrastructure, and serve as the technical bridge between our business teams and the systems they depend on.

This is a high-impact role where you'll touch everything from customer-facing UI to backend data pipelines — perfect for someone who wants variety and ownership rather than siloed specialization.

Ideally, we would like for this to be hybrid role with three days in the Cleveland, OH office, however remote candidates will be considered.

What You'll Do

E-Commerce & Front-End

Design and develop custom Shopify themes, sections, and features using Liquid, JavaScript, and CSS

Optimize storefront performance, conversion flows, and mobile experience

Implement integrations between Shopify and internal systems

Data Engineering & Analytics

Build and maintain ETL / ELT workflows to ingest data from multiple sources into SQL Server

Design and manage our data warehouse environment — schemas, tables, stored procedures, and optimization

Create views, queries, and data extracts to support Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership reporting needs

Develop automated data pipelines and scheduled jobs

Business Systems & Integrations

Connect and automate workflows across QuickBooks Online, Airtable, Make (Integromat), and MongoDB Atlas

Build internal tools and dashboards to improve team productivity

Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain system documentation

Cloud Infrastructure

Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub / Sub)

Monitor system health, optimize costs, and ensure reliability

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

3+ years of professional software development experience

Strong proficiency in SQL — complex queries, performance tuning, data modeling

Experience with Python for scripting, automation, and data processing

Working knowledge of JavaScript

Hands-on experience with Shopify development (Liquid templating, theme customization, Shopify APIs)

Familiarity with MongoDB and document-based data modeling

Experience building integrations and working with REST APIs

Preferred Skills

C# / .NET experience

Google Cloud Platform services (or equivalent cloud experience with AWS / Azure)

Experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar automation platforms

Familiarity with QuickBooks Online API or Airtable API

Understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory, and order management

Experience in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing industries
