Job Description
We are hiring a School Psychologist to support multiple K12 campuses in Federal Way, WA . This full-time, MondayFriday role follows the school calendar and offers a balanced mix of assessment, consultation, student support, and collaborative problem-solving. The position serves diverse learners across general education and Special Education settings, providing meaningful impact at both the individual and systems level.
Schedule : Full-Time | School Hours | MondayFriday
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations using standardized tools
Write clear, actionable reports and present findings during IEP meetings
Support MTSS teams with intervention planning, data review, and Tier 13 recommendations
Conduct FBAs and assist in developing Behavior Intervention Plans with teachers and staff
Provide short-term counseling, crisis triage, and referral recommendations
Communicate consistently with families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with IDEA timelines, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
Valid WA ESA School Psychologist certification
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
