A rapidly growing
high-reliability electronics manufacturer is seeking an
Epicor Technical Specialist to take ownership of the stability, performance, and optimization of its Epicor ERP environment.
This role is ideal for an
Epicor technical expert who enjoys building, optimizing, and modernizing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in driving system improvements, integrations, reporting, and automation initiatives while supporting the company’s expansion across multiple facilities.
The organization is currently preparing for a
major ERP modernization initiative, including the transition to Epicor Kinetic 2025, making this a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the future architecture of the ERP platform.
This position works closely with
IT, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure Epicor continues to scale alongside the company’s rapid growth.

U.S. Citizenship is required. Sponsorship is not available.What You’ll DoEpicor System Ownership
- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Epicor ERP system
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues affecting reliability or usability
- Manage ERP data migrations, configurations, and integrations across multiple facilities
ERP Optimization & Development
- Design and deploy ERP enhancements using tools such as: BAQs BPMs SSRS reporting Dashboards DMT Epicor customizations
- Develop technical solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, and Epicor tools
- Build reporting and analytics capabilities that support operational and financial decision making
ERP Modernization & Upgrades
- Support and help lead the transition to Epicor Kinetic 2025
- Coordinate testing, validation, and documentation of upgrades and enhancements
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants during ERP initiatives
Integrations & Automation
- Design and support integrations between Epicor and other enterprise systems
- Lead implementation efforts for: Document management Financial planning tools Operational integrations
- Leverage Epicor REST APIs and automation capabilities to streamline business processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and finance teams
- Troubleshoot issues such as: Posting errors MES transaction issues Inventory discrepancies
- Support user training, documentation, and adoption of ERP best practices
What You BringRequired Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Epicor ERP in a technical role
- Strong experience with: SQL BAQs BPMs SSRS Dashboards ERP troubleshooting
- Experience developing solutions using C# and .NET
- Background supporting manufacturing ERP environments
ERP & Technical Skills
- Epicor system administration and technical configuration
- ERP customization and reporting development
- Data management and migrations
- Integration development and API usage
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes including: Production planning Inventory management Supply chain Financial processes
Preferred Experience
- Epicor Kinetic or upgrade experience
- Epicor REST API and Application Studio
- Experience with: DocStar ECM Epicor Financial Planner MES environments Manufacturing ERP optimization initiatives
Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Management Information Systems
or equivalent professional experience.
