Key Responsibilities

Manage laptop provisioning, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle for 25+ team members

Lead SOC 2 Type II compliance efforts and implement security policies and procedures

Design scalable business IT systems to support company growth and develop IT budgets

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of IT experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth environments

Hands-on experience with SOC 2 compliance and security frameworks

Experience with Google Workspace, SSO solutions, and SaaS application management

Strong understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and access controls

Previous experience supporting technical teams in fast-paced environments
