  • Investigate,  reproduce, and retest  reported defects; collaborate closely with Development and Production Support.
  • Serve as the  QA point of contact  for assigned projects; proactively communicate risks and quality concerns.
  • Provide  transparent status updates  on test progress, coverage, risks, and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Design and execute  regression test strategies ; maintain and update regression suites across environments.
  • Monitor and analyze testing outcomes to identify  trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities .
  • Define  risk‑based test strategies and plans  for new and existing features based on complexity and business impact.
  • Establish and promote  automation best practices  (test data mgmt., environment setup, test design).
  • Develop and maintain  scalable automated test suites  covering functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Stay current on  emerging QA tools and methods ; incorporate improvements into our QA approach.
  • Mentor  other Quality Engineers; review work and promote automation / testing best practices.

Qualifications : Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration , or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years  of progressive QA / Quality Engineering experience on complex or enterprise systems.
  • 2–3+ years  designing, building, and maintaining  test automation  solutions.
