Job Description

Job Title : Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Location : Remote (US Only)

Work Authorization : US Citizens / Green Card Holders Only

Employment Type : Contract

Rate : $50 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to work closely with Senior Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to system design, development, testing, and delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Senior Engineers, Business Analysts, and Business Owners.

Contribute to technical design including :

High-level conceptual diagrams

ERD

Service contracts

Develop solutions primarily using C# and SQL , with openness to Python, Golang, and React .

Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while addressing technical debt.

Ensure timely and high-quality software releases.

Prepare data sets for testing logic, workflows, and error handling.

Isolate, reproduce, track, and document defects.

Perform root cause analysis to ensure permanent defect resolution.

Develop and execute testing scripts and test plans.

Work closely with Product Owners to break down user stories.

Mentor junior team members.

Manage software risk, balance priorities, and demonstrate ownership.

Required QualificationsBackend / Core Development

1–3 years of experience developing commercial-grade business applications.

Strong experience in :

Object Oriented Programming

Data Structures and Algorithms

SOA / Service Oriented Architecture

Building or maintaining fault-tolerant systems

Frontend Development

1–3 years of experience with :

JavaScript

HTML

CSS

Additional Skills

Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
