Pride is taken every step of the way in their manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate press machines to cut, shape, and form metal components according to specifications.
  • Load and unload materials into the press and monitor production to ensure quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
  • Follow all workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Previous experience operating press machines or working in a metal fabrication environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials (may require lifting 50+ lbs).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
