Senior Management Analyst

Examples of duties include : building and leading a centralized grant management program; leading complex procurement processes tied to grant funding; ensuring compliance and aligning grant activities across departments; designing efficient tools and workflows that save time; and monitoring opportunities and measuring success.

Minimum Qualifications

Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business or public administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and four (4) years increasingly responsible professional administrative and analytical experience in municipal government, including experience in budget, strategic planning, policy analysis, organizational development, and / or personnel management. Desired attributes : four (4) years of progressively responsible experience administering grants.

Schedule : Mon-Thurs (4 / 10 schedule) hybrid position. A minimum of two days on site is required.
