This hybrid position will require in office attendance 2 days every other week, as well as on-site meetings as required in either the Birmingham, AL or Atlanta, GA office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the design, programming, construction and implementation of new databases. Direct technical teams to deploy applications and data analytics tools Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies in project management. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives. Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical reports. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Oversee Azure Cloud development projects, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Lead application development projects using Python or .NET technologies. Support data delivery initiatives, including requirements gathering with business partners and stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience with Power BI, Azure Cloud development, and application development using Python or .NET. Previous experience supporting data delivery, including requirements gathering with business partners. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project). Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure. PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus. This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
