Position Summary
This individual contributor position is responsible for in-depth development of business analytics solutions. This role includes working in collaboration with business stakeholders, other developers, engineers, and analysts to develop data driven solutions. This is a position that involves gathering requirements, preparing project plans and documentation, combining data from multiple sources, creating new datasets to support downstream reports and analytics and managing customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of analytics experience with advanced SQL programming ability in a data warehouse or big data analytics environment (Stored procedures, SQL functions, CTE’s, nested queries, etc).
- Experience developing datasets, tables and views to support downstream reporting / analytics
- Well-versed in data modeling concepts (dimensional / fact, cardinality, normalization, etc)
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams
- Experience creating / maintaining SSRS reports
- Healthcare industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is :
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
