- W2 employment ROLE IMPACT The Escrow Support Processor ensures smooth transaction flow by managing the high-volume clerical workload tied to residential escrow openings and closings. This role allows frontline escrow teams to focus on client-facing responsibilities, ensuring compliance and operational accuracy across all documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process centralized documentation related to escrow openings and closings
- Communicate procedural instructions to internal escrow branches (non-customer-facing)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with escrow procedures and industry regulations
- Maintain document control, status tracking, and timely file completion MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in the mortgage industry required
- 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible with sound decision-making skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
- Escrow management platforms (e.g., ResWare, SoftPro, or similar)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Document tracking and workflow systems PREFERRED SKILLS
- Familiarity with residential real estate closing procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in high-volume, document-intensive environments
