We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide Financial and Program Management Support Services (FPMSS) across multiple departments, programs, and platforms. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of financial, programmatic, and technical support functions in alignment with NSWC PHD mission requirements. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, program management expertise, and the ability to operate in a highly secure government environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Comptroller Support
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and funds reconciliation.
- Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and risk management.
- Manage N-ERP utilization, travel authorization reviews, and purchase card transactions.
- Provide audit readiness and internal controls support.
- Lead budget development and financial planning activities.
