The Program Outcome Specialist supports therapy-aligned youth and family programming at Malone Center. This role focuses on collecting and managing program data, assisting with daily program operations, and helping ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse families and school partners, and committed to confidentiality, cultural humility, and youth well-being.
Essential Job Functions
- Collect program data from schools, parents / caregivers, and after-school staff (attendance, behavior, participation, and outcomes)
- Administer and track pre- and post-program assessments and ongoing outcome measures
- Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, online systems, or agency databases
- Monitor completion of consent forms, surveys, and reports
- Assist the therapist during groups and sessions (room setup, materials, sign-in, and environment readiness)
- Track attendance and participation
- Distribute and collect session materials and support program fidelity
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families, youth, school staff, and team members
- Support scheduling, outreach, and program coordination as needed
