When you join our team, you’ll be part of a special collection of problem solvers, thought leaders, and innovators. Join us and take your place in space.
Building on The Aerospace Corporation's reputation as a trusted, impartial advisor with integrity and dedication to mission success, the Civil Systems Group (CSG) combines deep technical expertise with market-leading innovation to help our customers solve complex systems engineering and integration challenges. CSG is organized by core customer-facing lines of business to manage and grow programs within NASA, NOAA, and the NNSA, while extending our capabilities to other civilian federal government agencies fully integrated within Aerospace rules, regulations, processes, values, and behaviors.

- Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms to optimize functionality, usability, and performance in support of programmatic needs and operational workflows.
- Implement user-friendly interfaces and intuitive navigation structures within SharePoint sites, ensuring ease of access to critical information and resources for team members involved in EVA and surface mobility activities.
- Implement security measures and access controls within SharePoint environments to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with NASA's cybersecurity policies, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide training, guidance, and technical support to end-users and project teams on SharePoint usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques, fostering adoption and maximizing productivity across the program.
- Functioning as a liaison and integrator between engineering teams, data integrators, end users, scientists, and program management
- Educating end users on availability, capability, and operation of tools
- Effectively and respectfully communicating with managers and researchers across different disciplines and multiple contracts regarding data sets and reporting needs
