In this role, you'll act as a project manager, guiding your team in implementing innovative process improvements.

Engaging in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, you will enhance productivity across the organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing personnel evaluations, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining compliance with NADCAP processes. You will also create and maintain critical documentation, lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA), and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Familiarity with software tools such as Oracle MRP, SmarTeam, and Solid Works is preferred, along with strong language skills for effective communication and reporting. Mathematical proficiency in concepts like probability, geometry, and statistics is necessary for data analysis and decision-making. You'll need to exhibit strong reasoning abilities to define project criteria and ensure successful outcomes.

Supervisory responsibility includes planning and coordinating work assignments for lower-level engineers, making leadership skills crucial. The physical demands of the role require regular handling and manipulation of equipment, alongside the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
