Key Responsibilities
Develop Rails Features : Build and enhance functionality using Ruby on Rails
Implement UI with Tailwind : Create clear, maintainable user interfaces using Tailwind CSS
Work with Application Data : Collaborate on schema changes, migrations, and queries in PostgreSQL
Required Qualifications
Approximately 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, preferably with recent exposure to Rails 7
Experience with Rails views, templates, and styling using Tailwind CSS
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including writing queries and creating migrations
Understanding of Rails conventions, MVC architecture, and common web application patterns
Commitment to clean code, testing, and maintainability
