[job_card.job_description]Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection. Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs. Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings. Accurately take food / beverage orders and enter them into the POS. Delivery of food and beverage orders are to standard. Communicate regularly with and respond promptly / courteously to all guest requests. Provide exemplary service to include refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations. Flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Compensation : Starting at state tipped minimum / hour + $600to $1000 / week in Tips Location / state & shift dependent We have a successful and professional work environment with opportunities for growth and a development program to get you to that next position in your career. - Have a few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment. Don’t have that experience to start? We offer a full development program that will give you the skills to train up!
