Requirements:
- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or related fields (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Previous ABA experience
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans that aim for the lifelong success of our clients. You will also supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. This role includes supporting families in managing challenging behaviors and conducting functional assessments as necessary, monitoring progress through data analysis, and reviewing program effectiveness.
