Base Compensation Range:
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus and some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we consider various factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY: Reviews and analyzes assigned issues surrounding the processes and systems of the Bank's business units. Coordinates internal bank projects to implement new or updated applications, products or services. Collaborates with various stakeholders to define scope and objectives, and formulates technology initiatives to align with business strategies. Works independently under the supervision of the Business Applications Manager.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews and analyzes assigned issues surrounding the processes and systems of the Bank's business units. Provides on-going support to business end users.
- Documents and diagrams systems & business processes, and migration procedures.
- Leverages strong analytical skills to generate meaningful insights through data analysis, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Participates in root cause analysis to recommend appropriate actions to improve productivity and application optimization.
- Collaborates with business units, end users, vendors, and IT to identify technical solutions to meet operational needs.
- Provides support for project management coordination for the implementation of new and upgraded applications, products, and services, as well as the implementation of operational process changes supported by the bank's technology applications. Works with business units to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
- Maintains expertise in various software applications used by the Bank. Works with business units to define, establish, configure, and maintain optimal system settings.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Sound understanding of IT core banking operations. Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills. Solid SDLC process and project management skills. Proficient in workflow documentation. Ability to work across functional and technical teams.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is generally performed in an office environment with frequent interruptions. Must be able to stay in a stationary position, operate a computer, move inside the workplace and for external business purposes, and exchange information. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in accordance with Webster Five's Remote Work Policy.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent years of experience.
MINIMUM PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 4 years of experience in financial systems analysis.
