Server Position Summary
The Server plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. The Server is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.
Server Responsibilities include:
Serve resident meals in a timely and professional manner
Reset and prepare tables for the next meal service
Serve room trays as needed
Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
Adhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards
Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service
Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed
Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
Ensure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure

Server Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and service-oriented
Excellent customer service attitude
Must receive the annual Flu vaccine (excluding medical or religious exemptions)
