The Production Support Developer is part of a cross-functional team delivering robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions. This team focuses on improving efficiency, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring system reliability through continuous development and improvement.

TheProduction Support Developeris a hybrid role responsible for both developing and maintaining high-quality software systems and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical applications in a cloud-based production environment for a leading dental and vision insurance provider.

This position requires a strong foundation in software development and a proactive approach to production support. The ideal candidate will :

• Design, implement, and maintain software solutions , contribute independently to projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize development processes.
• Provide production support , including advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and proactive monitoring to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate across teams , acting as a bridge between development, infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Utilize insurance or claims management experience to better understand business needs and deliver effective technical solutions.

This role offers a dynamic blend of hands-on coding and operational oversight, ideal for someone who thrives in both development and support environments.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current pay ranges for new hires in each zone are :

Zone A : $67,490.00-$112,490.00

Zone B : $73,550.00-$122,580.00

Zone C : $79,190.00-$131,990.00

FLSA Status : Salary / Exempt

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, and commission.
