Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proven experience in achieving KPIs and SLAs as an account manager, client success manager, or similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for syntax, grammar, and vocabulary. Demonstrated success in driving client retention and generating revenue through relationship management and upselling. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in email, word processing, CRM, and software navigation. Experience teaching or demonstrating software functionality and driving adoption internally or externally. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage conflicts professionally. Patience, empathy, and strong client de-escalation skills to address client concerns and maintain positive relationships. This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets, in a home office as well as an in-person office environment. Ability to lift / move up to 20 pounds. This position is generally performed in a professional office setting; 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking. ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION :
This is a temporary, REMOTE – Registration Specialist opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent position based on business needs.
The Registration Specialist plays a crucial role in providing support for clients as they transition from client intake (clients in onboarding) to the support pipeline (active clients). This position is responsible for maintaining client loyalty, upselling existing clients to new services, fostering long-term relationships, facilitating overall client service, and ensuring clients achieve their goals. The Registration Specialist. serves as a trusted partner to assigned clients and must have a strong background in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) as an account manager, client success manager, or similar role.
