Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
• Conduct minimum 40 outreach efforts to prospects per shift
• Secure, close and retrain 7 New Members per Month
• Maintain an active CPR/AED certification throughout employment term

Weekly Shift Schedule:

• Full Time: Starting 35-40 hours per week (minimum 5 shifts per week - minimum 35 hours per week, with opportunity for up to 6 shifts per week - maximum 40 hours per week).
• Part Time: Starting 30-35 hours per week (minimum 4 shifts per week - minimum 30 hours per week)
• Shift Options: Opening Shift: M-F 5:00am - 2:00pm Midday Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:00pm Evening Shift: M-F 11:00pm - 8:00pm Weekend Shift: Sat/Sun 7:00am - 1:00pm

Compensation:

• Pending experience starting hourly: $17-$19
• Sliding Pay Scale pending month over month New Revenue earnings
