Insurance AR Collections Specialist
$18$20 / hr Monthly Bonus In-Office
We are a multi-location service company seeking an Insurance Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage follow-up on insurance invoices and customer balances. This role requires strong communication organization and experience working with insurance carriers or similar billing environments.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance carriers adjusters TPAs and customers regarding outstanding payments
- Track AR aging and maintain detailed documentation of all collection activity
- Request any missing paperwork needed to release payment
- Communicate professionally by phone and email to resolve billing questions
- Provide weekly updates on progress and results
- 2 years AR or collections experience
- Experience with insurance or medical billing is strongly preferred
- Persistent organized and comfortable managing a high volume of accounts
- Able to work independently and meet performance goals
- $18$20 per hour depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonus
- Stable long-term role with growth opportunities

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
