Position Summary:
As a Resident Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a warm and engaging environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering services outlined in residents' personalized service plans.
- Observing and reporting resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse.
- Assisting with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and emotional support.
- Participating in dining room engagement, including serving meals, bussing tables, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Leading or assisting with group and individual activities to promote socialization and wellness.
- Performing light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and cleaning public areas.
- Maintaining thorough documentation in communication logs and inter-shift reports.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
- Ability to maintain certifications required by state or provincial regulations.
