Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to engage colleges and universities in nonpartisan democratic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a network of higher education institutions, including recruitment and onboarding

Oversee campus awards programming and engagement within the Community of Practice program

Organize events and collaborate with team members on program content and reports

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in field organizing, nonpartisan democratic engagement, or higher education

1+ year of experience working directly with college students, faculty, or staff

Demonstrated experience with event planning and communications

Experience with data management and content creation processes

Experience with HubSpot preferred
