Base pay range

$60.00 / hr - $75.00 / hr

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role will be primarily remote with occasional onsite in Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
• Build and optimize Salesforce automation using Flows (record-triggered, screen, and scheduled)
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch, and queueable jobs
• Write efficient SOQL queries and ensure performance best practices
• Customize and extend Salesforce using custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, and page layouts
• Implement and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, Omni-Channel, etc.)
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and asynchronous processing
• Ensure code quality through unit tests, maintaining required code coverage
• Participate in deployments, release management, and CI / CD processes
