Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager with P&C.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of the program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines

Lead the development, issuance, and evaluation of RFPs and RFIs for vendor selection

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring transparency and trust

Required Qualifications

15+ years in program management with a strong focus on P&C insurance domain

Proven track record of leading RFP / RFI processes and vendor selection

Experience managing multi-vendor environments and large-scale modernization programs

PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field
