Job Title : Pharmacist

Overview :

Seeking a licensed Pharmacist (2+ years) to dispense medications, provide pharmacological guidance, monitor patient therapies, and perform patient education.

Key Skills :

  • Chemo Prep experience required
  • Ability to float : Critical Care, Pediatrics, Oncology, Transplant, Medicine, Cardiac
  • Provide dosing & therapeutic recommendations based on patient-specific factors
  • Strong communication and patient education skills

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Licensed Pharmacist with minimum 2 years of experience
