Overview
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Primary responsibility is general cleaning of office spaces and building on the property.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Other duties may include general cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained.
Trash removal, refilling paper goods, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, stock restrooms, clean windows.
Miscellaneous repairs and maintenance, ensure the doors are locked after hours.
Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to thrive in an ever-changing/fast-paced environment.
Ability to be standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
Ability to travel via personal vehicle or public transportation to various facilities throughout the region.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Able to perform this job safely, without endangering the health or safety of themself or others.
Recommended Education, Training and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
GSGLA Employee Requirements
Comply with state-mandated reporter training.
Attend GSGLA signature events and/or other activities as assigned.
