We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Fargo, North Dakota. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships. This is a Contract position with potential for long-term growth within the organization.
Responsibilities :
Process and accurately enter customer orders received from clients, brokers, distributors, and sales managers.
Monitor and review customer orders to proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact processing or delivery.
Communicate order updates and changes to relevant teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Handle customer complaints by validating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and notifying appropriate departments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their unique needs and address product quality or service-related issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver consistent and high-quality service to clients.
Ensure timely delivery of orders using the correct transportation methods and meeting customer specifications.
Utilize computer systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office, to manage customer data and order processes efficiently.
At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in email correspondence and data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with switchboard operations, handling 1-10 phone lines effectively.
Experience with invoice entry and account adjustments.
Knowledge of client administration and client relations practices.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to solve customer issues effectively.
