A company is looking for a Manager of Analytics Services (Consumer Experience and Call Center) to lead a multidisciplinary analytics team focused on enhancing consumer and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define consumer and patient experience analytic requirements and align strategies with enterprise goals
Design and implement scalable analytical solutions using Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau
Identify process enhancements to improve customer journey and call center performance while managing stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
5+ years of experience in the Clinical / Business Sectors (Required)
5+ years of experience in Healthcare (Required)
Proficiency with Agile frameworks, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau preferred
Demonstrated experience in project management and quantitative research design
